About Dairy Net - Should you switch to dairy diet?

Dairy products believe good food is the right of everyone living on these islands, not just a well-off elite. All are entitled to the foods that flow from well-tried dairy farming methods and fertile soils. The term "nutrient-rich" is not simply for a handful of high-priced premium products.

It's one that should apply equally to the staple, everyday foods we rely on - meat, milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables. If we want them we can start a revolution - a revolution for real food.

Dairy products provides the manifesto for change. Here are five things you can do right now.

1. Talk to your supermarket and demand Real Food
2. Find a healthy and local alternative to your supermarket
3. Tell Your Friends about the Campaign
4. Lobby your local MP and ask them to support the campaign for Real Food
5. Grow your own food and make your soil nutrient-rich
1. Talk to your supermarket and demand Real Food

Put pressure on your supermarket and ask them ensure that their suppliers meet the highest production standards so the foods you offer contain their full complement of minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids.

Contact them by phone or email. Graham has supplied a sample letter which you can use if you wish:
